Dear Club Member,
Do you have a great recipe that you’d like to share with others? If so, we would love to hear from you.
You can choose the name for the recipe and you can write the introduction to the recipe to personalise it/dedicate it to someone etc. You can also suggest how it can be served and for which phase of The Harcombe Diet it is best suited.
We’ll then sense check the recipe to make sure that it meets the diet ‘rules’ and add any additional information that other members may find useful (as has been done with recipes in The Harcombe Diet Recipe Book).
Please keep them healthy, simple and original!
